Welcome from our SLT

All Saints

Mrs Hunt (Head of School)

When I finished my teaching degree at Greenwich University I was lucky enough to get my dream job of working at Eastchurch Primary School.  That was 19 years ago and I love Eastchurch so much I am still here.  I began teaching in a mixed Year 1 and 2 class but since then I have taught all the different year groups.  I have also been the Special Needs co-ordinator, Assistant Head and now Head of School at the All Saints site.

My favourite lesson to teach is English as I love stories and reading, but I also enjoy learning and teaching about the environment and ways in which we can all do something to care for our world. I particularly like the fun activities we do, like theatre trips, go-kart projects, enterprise week etc.

I was born on Sheppey and I live in Minster with Mr Hunt, my two children Laura and Damon and our pet guinea pig called Angus.  I like to spend time with all my family, including my mum, dad and sister who live in Eastchurch. We enjoy going to the cinema, to restaurants, to the park and watching football.  Things I really enjoy are watching the Grand Prix with my son Damon and sewing with my daughter Laura.

St Clement

Miss Crowe (Head of School)

I started working at Eastchurch Primary School in 2010 and I am Head of School at the St Clement site. I enjoy my job and especially enjoying seeing everyone come through the gate each morning. I have worked in schools since I finished my degree; previously I have worked at Minster Primary School, South Avenue Junior School and Halfway Houses Primary School. I was born on the Island and still live in Minster. When I get to teach classes my favourite lesson to teach is Art as I love the calmness of drawing and painting. I enjoy leading Celebration Assemblies too as it gives me a chance to see all the great things that everyone has been up to.

As most of you know my favourite colour is pink as I feel it is a cheery colour. I have a pet hamster called Summer and three tropical fish however I haven’t named them yet. In my spare time I enjoy walking and reading, I also enjoy cooking and my favourite meals are seafood pasta or roast lamb. I have one brother and two nieces however they live in Gloucester; my brother is a physio for a football club.
