Michael Morpurgo is one of Britain's best-known children's authors. He has written more than 120 books, including War Horse, The Butterfly Lion, The Amazing Story of Adolphus Tips and I Believe in Unicorns. He was the UK's third Children's Laureate.
Fun fact: Michael loves animals, stories and the countryside, and he co-founded Farms for City Children with his wife, Clare. 🐴🌳
