Shape Walk – all videos and resources attached to Tapestry post

Remember the shapes you learned about with Mrs Oakenfull last week?  Can recall any 2d shapes?  (square, circle, triangle, rectangle) 2d shapes are flat.  Look at Mrs Fox’s photos of a walk she went on what shapes did Mrs Fox find?  Watch the shape lesson Video with Mrs Fox.  Go on your own shape walk, what shapes can you find? Take photos and upload them to Tapestry so we can see what shapes you have found.

Activity 2- Shape printing

Shape printing - Can you find any 3d objects around your house which have two 2d faces, we are going to do some shape printing! Watch Mrs Fox’s video on shape printing, see if you can make a shape picture like hers below!

Activity 3- phonics fun 1

Watch this little video, can you make a shaker that we can use when we sing a nursery rhyme tomorrow.
