Today we will be looking at coordinating, subordinating and correlative conjunctions. Read through the conjunctions document below and answer the quiz questions.
Reading
Read chapter 3 of Pit boys. Answer the multiple choice and open-ended questions.
English
Today you will be using a poem to help you discover more information about workhouses. The poem was written by an inmate of a workhouse. Today will be your last chance to research this topic. Watch the video PowerPoint where you will be guided through the lesson.
Maths
Today you are going to start to use the symbol of ratios, understanding that the language ‘for every 3 sparrows there are 2 robins’ becomes 3:2.
