Good Morning boys and girls!

 

Well done to those that have been uploading any work – we have been giving out DoJos for the work we see. Also, thank you parents/carers for helping you child(ren) with their work and uploading it to the app.

 

Today’s lessons will be English with GPS task and reading, Maths, History and DT.

 

English – we will be carrying on with our book ‘The Viewer’ and looking at Tristian’s character and what we know about him – role on the wall. GPS focus will be spelling (see beginning of English work) and reading will be to read another page of your own book then write a brief summary of what you have just read as well as your favourite part of the chapter/s you have read.

 

Maths will be multiplication. To warm up can you write the numbers 1 to 12 on some paper and cut them up. Lay them face down then pick 2 pieces at random, turn them over and answer the multiplication. Hit the button link here. The video is here.

 

History will be looking at the different types of pyramid. You will need to read through the information about the pyramids then draw each of the types and write a little about each of them – this is all in the guide on the school website.

 

DT will remain focusing on the pyramids. You will be designing and creating your own 3d pyramid with resources from home. I can’t wait to see your creations on Dojo.
