Activity 6 -Dragon dance

Activity 7 – Chinese Food

Can you try yummy Chinese food Mummy and Daddy?  Even if you just have noopdles and some prawn crackers try and be brave and try new things!

 

Activity 8 – Chinese writing

In China they have a different writing system to ours! It is fascinating and so beautiful. 

 

Tasks

1. Have a look at the Chinese characters for the numbers 1-10 that we have attached to the observation.  Can you have a go and drawing. Some of your own?
2. Watch Peppa pig Chinese New Year
3. Find out which year in the Chinese zodiac you were born.  Mrs Fox is year of the Rooster and Mrs Oakenfull year of the Snake!
