Today’s Activities

Today begins with English activities, followed by Maths, P.E. and P.H.S.E. .

 

GPS

Look at the picture and fronted adverbials on 100221.year4.GPS3task. Today, you will be writing a description of the picture, using the fronted adverbials provided. Alternatively, you could even think of your own fronted adverbials to include.        

Reading Activity 

Purple Mash 2Do  Read Chapter 3 of ‘Planet Earth’   and then answer Chp.3 Quiz questions

 

Writing Activity

In today’s writing lesson you will be continuing the poetry theme by writing a riddle about Fenrir. Watch today’s video lesson which explains clearly what a riddle is and what should be in one.  Wednesday Video PPt Writing Lesson 3.

 

Maths

This week we are going to be working on Equivalent fractions. Watch this https://vimeo.com/504472462 which explains how to do this a bit more and then have a go at the  Wednesday Maths Activity Sheet below.  Complete as many questions as you can, but please don’t worry if there are ones you are not sure of.

P.H.S.E. 

Last week you looked at how to work out the steps to take to achieve a goal, and how to do this successfully as part of a group. Today we are going to be following up from last week and also reflecting on this terms puzzle piece. Begin today’s lesson by looking at the PHSE Input and then completing the PHSE Activity
