Topic
The Viking Age in Britain began about AD 793 and lasted over 200 years. Bands of fierce raiders began to once again attack England's shores, just like the Anglo-Saxons had done 400 years before. Today you will be gathering relevant historical information to create a poster about a particular aspect of Viking life in detail (050221.year4.history2), such as clothes and jewellery, religion and gods, houses and food, rhyme and writing and art and craft. All the information you need is included in the pdf, but if you would like to do some extra research to include on your poster, please use this BBC Bitesize link about Viking life: What was life like in Viking Britain? - BBC Bitesize
We look forward to seeing your posters!
Have a great homelearning Friday.
