Collective Worship

Next week is the beginning of lent. Traditionally people think about giving up something for Lent like chocolate, crisps or something else that is not very good for you. EnglishWALT – draft a non-fiction text.

Today we are organising our writing for our non-fiction text. We are draft what it will look like. We need to have made the decision about whether we are creating a poster, fact file or zig zag book. Don’t forget to send us your drafts.

Safer Internet Day Challenge 

Can you share the story of Detective Digiduck who helps to explain how to be safe and responsible while online. Then do some of the quizzes to test your knowledge.

 

Topic - WALT: explore shadows and tone / WALT: use materials to experiment with tone

 

In this lesson, we will be hunting for shadows and exploring the different ways we can use shadows to inspire our drawings. Later, in the lesson, we will begin to discuss 'tone' and experiment with a range of drawing materials to understand a bit more about this term.
