English – Read the poem ‘Out and About’ (see the attached PDF below). Can you draw a picture of what you imagine is happening as it is read? How does it make you feel? What words tell you what is happening? Add a sentence about what you like about the outdoors, try using a ‘because’ to explain why.

 

Phonics – Please spend some time on Phonics Hero. Please do the initial assessment so we know where you are working from.

 

Maths –  Watch this video about ordering objects  and then do the worksheet we have put on class Dojo.

 

PE –  Team Theme have put together some sports challenges for you to do at home - click here to have a go.

 

RE - Please see the attached worksheet to go with our Big Question of the Term – What is the Good News that Jesus brings? Please encourage the children to share their thoughts on the questions given and write as much as they can in response when needed. Please could you record down anything else they say to help answer the questions.

 

There are also some independent tasks on Purple Mash. We have put a list of 2Dos on for you. Don’t forget to tell us that you have completed the tasks so we can see them.
