Activity 4- Retell the story

Watch the story of Jack and the Beanstalk on Youtube. Then practise retelling the story to your family as this is a very important skill; practising this story everyday would be fabulous and maybe you could perform it for your grown ups at the end of the week. I have attached some stick puppets to the tapestry post if you would like to use those to reenact the story.

 

Activity 5 - The giant in the Story

The giant isn’t very nice so I think people need to be warned about the giant. Can you make a Wanted poster for the giant? You need to draw him as best as you can so others can recognise him. Create some giant images! Why not spend some time outside creating some shadow images by drawing around your shadow or taking a photo of your shadow.
